"Head Above Water" is the latest release from Melbourne rock artist, Katie Visser.
I wrote this song while I was in my second lockdown last year. At the time I was writing this, a lot of people were letting fear over the COVID-19 Pandemic overtake them resulting in people making reckless decisions, and the media was creating all of this fear mongering which was having a detrimental effect on people's mental health. This song is about having faith, not letting the fear take over, and keeping your "Head above water".
